project sisterhood

Enhancing our well-being doesn’t stop upon completion of the New Sister Program. After graduation, participants are welcomed as a sister (member) of The Noble Circle Project Sisterhood, a cancer support group.

    As a sister, you will:

    • Continue to develop your understanding of Noble Circle's three pillars.
    • Expand your circle of care and support as you build relationships with other Noble Circle sisters who have walked, the same path before you, experiencing cancer themselves.
    • Learn ways to live a more healthy lifestyle and show compassion for yourself.
    • Embrace the concept of "thriving beyond your diagnosis."

PROJECT SISTERHOOD WELLNESS GATHERINGS

Programs are offered throughout the year to provide sisters with a deeper understanding of the Noble Circle pillars of nutrition education, complementary energy techniques, and peer support.  Here's a sampling of some of our programs:

      • Indoor Creators: art for healing
      • Qigong Practice: weekly online classes
      • Open Door Readers: monthly book club
      • Gratitude, Intentions & Meditation
      • Outdoor Walkers: Five Rivers Metroparks
      • Drumming Circles: no experience needed!

project sisterhood retreat

The annual Project Sisterhood Retreat provides sisters with a more intimate weekend-long experience to reflect, reconnect and rejuvenate.
